It is Laredo Altitude.

Are you in PA? If so, there is an extra 3% tax on leases, so your rate would be 9%.

4WD or 2WD?

Yes, I am in PA. I thought leasing is also following the sale tax in PA for 6%. The allowance is 10000 mile/yr. I think it is 4WD. This is the window sticker:

Yes, I am in PA. I thought leasing is also following the sale tax in PA for 6%. The allowance is 10000 mile/yr. I think it is 4WD. This is the window sticker:

If so, I have .00018 MF and 49% residual with $4500 incentive

With the numbers you have, I'll guess it is a different leasing bank, than Chrysler Capital.
Maybe, US Bank or Ally?

I don't have their numbers, but I can see why the dealer would use them, with that higher residual.

Are you just paying $459 at signing?
If so, that seems like a decent deal.

You should really get a look at the lease contract, so you aren't missing anything (like the tax rate).
