Dealer Holdback

Does BMW currently do dealer holdback on their new cars? It appears they did until this year. Is that the case? If so, then there's not much negotiable under invoice. I plan to order a car so maybe the savings of insurance, interest, lot costs, etc may be motivation for the dealer, but is there anything else?

BMW has never had holdback. Although, they may have other programs for their dealers to get payments on the back end.beach_bum1943 said:Does anybody read these questions or just the headlines? I should have put the question in the headline. My bad.
Even invoice isn't a "real" number, that actually portrays the dealer's actual cost.
All that matters is the lowest price you can achieve. You can spend a lot of time trying to ascertain what a dealer has in a car, and what a fair profit might be, but you'll never actually know. Just try to get the lowest price you can. Shopping multiple dealers is your best bet.Edmunds Price Checker
