IS300 fully detailed pricing

Last time I was around, before my current lease, I seem to remember pricing being discussed from top to bottom. MSRP, invoice, dealer holdback %, incentives, etc. Now, it seems that most posts are simply requests for MF and residual % based on terms and zip code. What changed?

I'm looking at getting another 36 month 7,500 miles lease on an IS300 F sport and I'm trying to figure out "where to start from".
