Can you please explain what the acronyms mean and how the information is important? Sorry for the ignorance. Example, .00215 MF and 57% residual, there were a few others I didn’t copy. We’re looking to buy a 2019 Acura MDX awd. Phx area. Does cash get you a better price? Thanks

That is lease terminology.
If you are buying, they don't apply.

There are two Acura-to-dealer incentives for purchase

If you pay cash, the dealer gets $1500
If you finance with Acura, the dealer gets $5500.

So, paying cash will definitely NOT get you a better price.
