Hello. Can I get the MF, residual & if any lease credits in 96706 (HI) for a 2019 330i sedan

    Hi, can someone tell me if this is a good lease deal or give me some advice?

    2019 BMW 330i RWD - MSRP: $44,420
    36 mo lease 10k per yer
    $389/ month including taxes
    6k due at signing (3k down + fees, taxes, registration, doc fee etc.)

    This is in the state of Hawaii. My other USAA affiliate manufacturer incentives apparently aren’t valid there (not sure how true this is). I was really hoping to put down a lot less than that if not just fees, first payment & taxes and just budge for a higher payment. I definitely didn’t want to do both of 6k down and large payment.
    Any suggestions or advice?

    Hi, thanks for the reply.
    I just asked for the worksheet.

    From what I was told only a $750 lease credit and $1885 is listed as “dealer contribution.” I am aware incentives can change without notice but I was surprised because it was their specific website I saw the usaa affiliate credits. At first he told me $389 plus tax and fees but then later on said that was including taxes and fees. I do see the point of lowering the payments but it just didn’t seem worth it to me especially since I will already have to pay over 2K in taxes alone at signing.

    “I’m having someone work on it but it’s going to look exactly like that. Price was about 44,095 and priced down to 42,000. $6k down $389/month out the door with $2k in incentives. Residual is 61% at 10k miles. Money factor is 1.65. 4.712% tax registration is about $425, acquisition fee $925, documentation $395. Giving you the car at that price out the door is the very best out dealership is willing to offer.”

    I agree - $6K is way too much to start a lease with. First payment and registration costs only. But, you'll have a much higher payment as a result.

    You control the conversation - dealers like to quote big down payments as it makes for a lower monthly payment. Tell them how you want to structure the deal, get a copy of the dealer worksheet, then come back and let us have a look.

    $2000 off sticker is a paltry discount, but I'll guess you don't have a lot of choices of dealers.
