Hi, can someone tell me if this is a good lease deal or give me some advice?

    2019 BMW 330i RWD - MSRP: $44,420
36 mo lease 10k per yer
    $389/ month including taxes
6k due at signing (3k down + fees, taxes, registration, doc fee etc.)

This is in the state of Hawaii. My other USAA affiliate manufacturer incentives apparently aren’t valid there (not sure how true this is). I was really hoping to put down a lot less than that if not just fees, first payment & taxes and just budge for a higher payment. I definitely didn’t want to do both of 6k down and large payment.
    Any suggestions or advice?

    Hi, thanks for the reply.
I just asked for the worksheet.

From what I was told only a $750 lease credit and $1885 is listed as “dealer contribution.” I am aware incentives can change without notice but I was surprised because it was their specific website I saw the usaa affiliate credits. At first he told me $389 plus tax and fees but then later on said that was including taxes and fees. I do see the point of lowering the payments but it just didn’t seem worth it to me especially since I will already have to pay over 2K in taxes alone at signing.
I will reach back out once I get the sheet. Thanks!

    This was the respond:

“I’m having someone work on it but it’s going to look exactly like that. Price was about 44,095 and priced down to 42,000. $6k down $389/month out the door with $2k in incentives. Residual is 61% at 10k miles. Money factor is 1.65. 4.712% tax registration is about $425, acquisition fee $925, documentation $395. Giving you the car at that price out the door is the very best out dealership is willing to offer.”

Do you know the selling price?

    .00165 and 61%
    $750 lease credit

I agree - $6K is way too much to start a lease with. First payment and registration costs only. But, you'll have a much higher payment as a result.

You control the conversation - dealers like to quote big down payments as it makes for a lower monthly payment. Tell them how you want to structure the deal, get a copy of the dealer worksheet, then come back and let us have a look.

$2000 off sticker is a paltry discount, but I'll guess you don't have a lot of choices of dealers.
