I have gotten the following offers and want to know if these are good?

TTL around $2040
so out the door price is $28,042

SE:
MSRP:$27,040
Rebate: [1]-$2,000
Selling Price:$25,040
Our Best Price Is:$21,297
TTL around $1780
so out the door price is $23,077

I wonder if there is a $500 loyalty credit that is possible.

Would this translate into a lease or would there be added costs?

If the dealer doesn't know you want to lease, you may be getting prices related to a purchase. Be clear with them about your financing intentions to get the correct pricing.

Yep; good only if you purchase.

So I have now an offer of $320 per month for a 12k 36 month lease for a 2019 Camry XSE with MSRP of $30,815

This includes texas taxes rolled into the monthly payments and TTL/doc/etc fees.
No other costs.

Does this sound good? Most other dealers had come down to 365 - 380.
Others were above 400.

What are you paying at signing?

Yes, it looks good if everything but the first payment is part of the monthly payment.

Thanks for posting csaket. I'm in the DFW area and looking to purchase, so your initial post helps.

I'm still shopping around but after seeing your post it confirms that I haven't gotten the best offer I can. I'd probably cave if I got the $26,002.

I've been to a couple of dealers and my best at the moment is:

XSE 4 cylinder, black exterior and red interior with Sunroof (I'm stick with these colors, Sunroof isn't a deal breaker)
