$56260 is pre-incentive? Or, after the incentive was deducted?

The $56260 is pre-incentives. Also we are talking here about a 39 months lease with 10,000 miles program.

The payment looks about right, given the price.
$3716 is first payment, tax, acquisition fee and DMV/doc fees?

I wonder about the money factor they quoted.
