Stats on Lexus ES300h

Looking for MF and residual on a 2019 Lexus ES300H. looking at a 4 yr lease, 10K/yr, ultra luxury options. It looks like the MF is fairly steady (.00070 on multiple posts), but i'm not sure what my residual would look like... Appreciate any assistance. Zip is 21076. dealer is offering $6K in rebates... are there any other rebates I should know about?

    what changes a MF? A dealer is using .00114....

    The dealer is marking it up for extra revenue.

    Just say no.. Base money factor or no deal.
