Help with lease calculations

Hi all,
My wife and i are looking to lease an Accord sport. These are the numbers they have giving us. 07753
The dealer info they gave us with $1,000 down for 36/12 would be $378.03 per month.

Retail: $31,630
Saving: $3,080
Selling: $28,550
Sub-total: 28,550

Fees: $948
Sales Tax: $1,941.86 (Finance Tax 6.625% , Supplemental Titling Fee 0.4000%, Tire Tax $7.50 (because NJ))
Net Sales Price: $31,440.71

MF: .00056
Res: $17,712.80

Dealer includes destination fee in the sales price.

I'm new to the lease calculator, can someone kindly run the numbers to see how it compares to what the dealer gave us?

I'm just a couple dollars higher, if I use $30,441 as the adjusted cap cost (net sales price less your $1000).

Quote looks to be about right.

That isn't the proper tax amount for a lease.

Ask the dealer for Adjusted CAP cost that applies to the lease deal, not the Net Sales Price.
And, a breakdown of the $948 in fees.

And.. almost every state has a tire tax.

The lease acquisition fee is added the to the Sale Price $28,355.00 + $595.00 = the Cap Cost $28,955.00

The lease acquisition fee is added the to the Sale Price $28,355.00 + $595.00 = the Cap Cost $28,955.00

And, yet... you list the price as $28550 above..

Math only works if you have all of the numbers in one place.

I wish i could just upload the form/email. I’m learning these leasing/financial terminology, so trying to answer your questions while deciphering the lease information is bit challenging.
