I am very very new to this as I've only owned a vehicle and I'm not understanding how this works. I am looking to lease my wife the XC60 T5 Momentum AWD.

The MSRP with all Packages says 48,440 (before packages 42,450)

I want to lease the car for 36 months with 7,500 miles/year.

There are a few discounts that I can apply.

Costco - $1250.00
USAA - $750
and then website says Dealer Discount - $2,906 and Dealer Allowance - $2,250

How low can I get this leased for with Zero money Down? How do I go about handling this?

You want to negotiate the price just like you would when you buy.

You'll have to pay the $995 acquisition fee and whatever the dealer fee is - can add that into the payment, if you want.

This also is the first pass of the deal since we didn't talk trade in or seriously on money down, but he ran it for $2,500 out of pocket for a payment of $728. Or $697.55 for $3,500 out of pocket. 33169 is the dealer zip

Second, I am hearing two different things from Vermont and New Hampshire Volvo dealers regarding 36 mo 10k mile lease rebates for a XC60 T8. Vermont is giving me $5000 in rebates (2000 med prof, 1250 Costco, 750 A plan elite, and 1000 "XC60 lease enhancement") but NH is offering $4000 saying they have no idea where this "lease enhancement" rebate is coming from. Any ideas? The Vermont T8 is a momentum and the NH T8 is an inscription, but I don't see why that would be the issue. I'm at $658 monthly with just first month down for the Momentum (MSRP 63,465) and $676 monthly with first month and registration (900 total) down for the T8 Inscription (MSRP 65,855).

Also, just to be clear, still getting the A Plan selling price with $7,419 back in lease offers (not rebates) off MSRP.

Volvo only has 3 regions for the whole country, so the factory incentives should be the same for VT and NH.

Here is what I show for the XC60 T8 MOM and INSC:
