Do you have the adjusted cap, with the fees and such rolled in?

Thanks. Zip is 20854. No cap reduction. All fees, taxes, tags etc rolled in. All I pay is 1st month lease

If I have the cash should I purchase or lease? I have $32k of equity on my Macan S I can use towards purchase or finance

No issues using the equity on a purchase, however.

My lease variables don't match up with those you have been quoted.
I show 55% residual.

But, assuming your numbers are right, the quote looks to be in the ballpark.
Do you have the adjusted CAP cost?
