Break pad and Rotor Replacement

Hello ,
My Front wheel starts shaking as soon as I press the breaks i am thinking to replace break pads and rotor. I need advise which brand break pad i need to order and how many ?

Can't believe no one helped you with this. The ole Jipster takes some time off.....everything here goes to pot. Where's Shiftwrong at? :-)
2 rotors and 2 sets of pads for the front brakes. Call the dealership and order from them . Or order from rock auto would be less expensive.
