Is this a good deal? 2019 Atlas SE V6 FWD

Went to a dealer and I'm not sure if I'm getting a great deal. Would like some opinions.

Here are the details that I remember:

Term: 39/12k

MSRP: $37,675

MF: .00083
RV: 53%

Tier 1 credit

$1,800 total out of pocket (fees + 1st month)

385 month (7% tax included)

Looking to close out on a deal wither today or tomorrow. Thanks guys!

.00083 MF and 53% residual is correct.

South Florida. Was doing the research for my GF's mom. They ended up signing the deal at another dealer with the numbers from above and this dealer beat that deal by $100 from total out of pocket. Same trim level, same features. Plus maintenance included (full synthetic oil changes and tire rotations)

$1,700 (Fees, taxes plus first month)
$385 month (7% tax included, $360 no tax)

I'll try to get the details later but from what I recall...

Selling Price after discounts and incentives: $31,xxx
Miles on car: 10

They decided to add wear and tear package (covers $7,500 worth of damages) which was rolled into the monthly payment. Total for this wear and tear package added $575 which was rolled into the monthly payment, making the grand total for each month...
