Luxury-ish Sedan lease below $350

Hi everyone,
I will be moving from New York to Boston soon and plan on leasing a vehicle. I would really like to lease an entry-level luxury / luxury-ish sedan, but have my payment at or below $350 a month (really at $300 or below if possible). I am willing to put up $2-3k to lower my cap cost on the payments.
I need some guidance on what brands/models I should target. So far I have been looking at the Infiniti Q50 and Genesis G70. Have specifically heard of Infiniti deals being priced in my sweet spot, so pushing hard here. Are there any others that make sense? For reference on package/specs, I am looking at the v6 Q50 3.0t luxe AWD (Boston does not carry many RWD vehicles in general).
I have also looked at:
Lexus IS (base is lacking in features)
Audi A3
Mercedes CLA
Acura TLX
Acura ILX
VW GLI Autobahn
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

We don't recommend using cap reduction to lower your payment - you'd lose that money if the car were stolen or totaled during the lease.

They are putting lease payment at 401 with 3500 down so, without I am assuming it would be $490 @ 39 months
