With the MSRP and total prices given, $854/mo. Looks like only first payment and acquisition fee are due at signing.

APR may be marked up; confirm with the dealer what they are using, as well as the adjusted cap cost.

2.00% APR markup is massive. Adds $85-$100 per month to the payment.

Finally heard back from the dealer and the apr is 3.28 and the residual they have at 39 months is 50%.
I assume your post of 1.03% and 53% with the lease cash is what I should be getting?

Thanks kyfdx,
He sent me the 39 month residual so thats what I used. You confirmed what I felt all along that the MF and APR accordingly were too high. Appreciate your help and will see how willing they are to come down
