Prius Prime Leasing / Purchasing

I am looking to lease and possibly buy from leasing a Toyota Prius Prime 2019. Any recommendations for how about getting the best deal just in case I want to buy it in the future. How do you best negotiate it? Do you start with wanting to possibly purchase the vehicle and then ask them to change to a lease?

Also, what are the incentives, MF and RV for a Prius Prime Premium 2019?

    What is your ZIP code?
    What lease term and how many miles per year?

    If you plan to keep it after the lease term, better to just buy it outright to begin with.

    For the 2019 MY, the trim choices are Plus, Premimum or Advanced.

    Also what is the best price I can get if I wanted to buy outright with either toyota financing or all cash. Perfect credit.
