Help with lease - 2019 Equinox

This is my first time leasing any car and I am overwhelmed by the process.
I've visited 3 dealerships in my area. Here is some information of the best one I got.
Zip Code: 67228
2019 Equinox LS 1.5L FWD, 36 months, 10K miles
MSRP $27,780 with Convenience Package added $685.
Monthly payment (including tax/fees etc): $311 with $0 down, only taxes due at signup around $550
I don't plan on buying at the end.
I am not sure about any other numbers.
Is this a good deal?
