MAZDA CX-5 Residual Value & Money factor

I am a looking to lease a Mazda CX-5 Touring AWD (36/12k). I would like to know the money factor and residual price for the prior mentioned trim of CX-5 . Also, I wanted to know if there are any incentives for new graduates or any other standard incentives.
