.00128 MF and 58% residual
Not sure what current incentives are
Loaner: ~4k miles

Discount is about 14% off MSRP - you should target 15-18% (more is better)

That should get you closer to $500/mo

Don't know where you came up with .00128 MF and 58% residual. That might be from a long time ago. The document shows:
.00112 MF and 56% residual
(less adjustment for mileage)

.00082 is the base MF.
The money factor markup adds about $23/mo. to the payment
Being in the City of Chicago adds an additional 9% tax to the payment. The Capped taxes in right hand column are for Illinois state sales tax.

The existing mileage is accounted for by the ($864.50) residual adjustment in the left hand column.
The calculated payment is correct, given the information provided.

If you had another 1% of MSRP in additional discount, and the base money factor, you could get to $550/mo. The City use tax is a killer.

18% off MSRP ($38,100) and the base money factor would get you to $459/mo+9% use tax = $500/mo.

Thanks kyfdx! You are right, the MF and Residual I was referencing may be a bit outdated. Was the latest I could find on the forums. Chicago taxes are absolutely brutal, but short of moving to a less corrupt city, not much I can do there.

Considering the following 2020 X2 x drive MSRP $44.1k 4k miles on the vehicle. 36mos 10k miles. NY dealer, but Registered in NJ. $405 per month $1,400 down. (Which includes all taxes and fees).
