Is that the TRD PRO? I don't see an Off Road trim.

Can't speak to Ally / US Bank, but a friend of mine here in Denver leased a Tacoma at Boulder Toyota and they used a local credit union.

Give them a call, and see if they are willing to talk about alternate lenders.

in SAN Antonio tEXAS all tundras get $3000 cash incentive and the TSS special edition SR5 gives you $2000 additional rebate giving you $5000.

On a $48K MSRP im currently getting $6000 dealer discount + $5000 incentive cash for a total of $11K off. Is this decent?
Do you think i should try for $2500 more as dealer discount?

leasing. dealer told me the $3000 is actually in lieu of 0.00223 money factor. The base MF with this incentive is 0.00255. If you opt for the 0.00223 then the $3000 tundra rebate cannot be used. So its actually better to take the $3000 rebate and the higher MF if you do the math. The $2000 TSS spedial edition on SR5 trim still qualifies regardless.

They are also using 72.63% residual for 24 months 12K miles for SR5 Crewmax 4X2 which is the most strange since you said it was 74% per your earlier post.

Right now on a $48,101 MSRP, 24 month 12K miles, with $340 due at signing (1st payment), they are at $340/month. This is with $6K dealer discount, $5K rebate, 0.00255 money factor and 1% L&M fee since there are tax credits this month. Everything rolled into the deal

That's still a great deal, relative to MSRP.

Now they are at $309 and true zero due at signing, (dealer making 1st payment). I would only have 23 payments left at lease inception for $309.

What do you think? Can I get around $285? Maybe i wait till tomorrow or Tue as last day of the month.

I'm curious what the incentives are, if any, for Georgia (30152). I've heard they are regional rebates. It sounds like the SR5 Crewmax are leasing best (considering the RV/MF through US Bank), and at the 24/12 or 27/12 grouping... correct me if I'm wrong.

That's okay I've seen their numbers and that just seems to be true from what I saw. Was really looking to see how the regional rebates divide up, and if there were any incentives for GA right now on the table. I know Texas has an extra $2k ($5k total) for the TSS trim package.

Lease incentives might be specific to the bank.

But, if using a 3rd party bank, then you might be eligible for purchase incentives, as long as they aren't tied to financing the vehicle.

The only incentive we see that isn't tied to financing the vehicle is a $1500 Toyota-to dealer incentive (but, it's possible that even that won't be valid with a US Bank lease program).
