Did they give you the adjusted CAP?

Due at signing is fees + first month payment.

Wouldn't adjusted cap cost just be lease price?

Not necessarily.

Anything you don't pay up front, and is added to the sale price, becomes the cap cost.

What fees, specifically, are you paying up front?
