I confirmed apr is 7% or .003, my question is, does this qualify as a good deal? They calculate residual as 81% which is pretty high, was it to prevent a buyout at lease end? IE they increase residual to ensure more money is going towards rent cost and prevent me from buying out as a reasonable price at lease end?

Most really cheap leases are dependent on a high residual.

So, do you want a low lease payment? Or, do you want to own the car long term?
You generally can't have both.
