Toyota Corolla LE Lease Deal with $262/month, 0 driveoff

Hi all,
As the title suggests, I have a deal for a Toyota Corolla LE Sedan 2020. The MF on this deal is 0.00093 and the RV is $12255. Based on everything included (acquisition fees, taxes, document fees), the monthly lease I am getting as $262. Does this seem like a decent deal for 85224? Attached below is the lease sheet:

Thanks! I’m not really sure that’s why I have asked them and waiting. I think it is some sort of protection package. Does this seem like a good deal?

If you could find a car without the accessories, you could shave about $20/mo off the payment.

It's an okay deal, I suppose.

You have $1300 in accessories and garbage fees.

But, you also have a $3800 discount.

I doubt you'll be able to separate those two things.

Doesn't hurt to try. It's a pretty decent quote.

I spoke with them, and unfortunately, those fees and accessories will remain. This is by far the best deal I have found in the area I am looking at, and I may actually go for it.

Fees vary widely from state to state.

Dealer doc fees run between $400-700.

Standard TFS acquisition fee is $650
