That was me inserting the 0% financing. I was thinking of a different vehicle. (so, scratch that part)

I still like 72 months at $610 over that lease payment.
Personally, I don't buy GAP on purchases, which is a risk, but one that I can reasonably handle. Your situation may be different.

One thing to remember... insurance is highly regulated in FL. You may not be able to buy GAP from your car insurance company, especially if they are based out of state.

If GAP is over $300, I'd ask for a lower price, or just skip it. (you know, if it was me... )

You'd need top tier credit for the 0%; if you don't, I don't think there is much the dealer can do.

ah I see. Then I'll take the 120 days.

I just got off the phone with insurance company. GAP will be an additional $3 a month. So I will have the dealer remove it from the final numbers. Trying to break below $600 so i can take the deal today.

Quick Question, where do these numbers come from? I recently went to a dealer to try to work out a lease on a 2020 Silverado LT 4x4 crew and was blown away at the proposal from the dealer. I am trading in a 2012 Suburban at $8,500, the MSRP is $52,060 and the sales price is $47,071.
They came back to me with $2k down payment in addition to the $8,500 trade, and had a monthly of $525 for 39 months and 10k per year!
I worked out this based on the info from this forum for a zip of 37862

Our numbers are confidential, but accurate.

I wouldn't use your trade equity to buy down the payment; it doesn't change the cost of the lease, and that money would be lost if the truck were stolen or totaled.

Given the poor nature of the quote, it might be best to simply move onto another dealer.
