    Those comments don't surprise me. 3rd party banks don't look at the lease as the start of a long term relationship, but more transactional, as they don't expect you to use them again.

    The captive banks (CCAP) would rather have you come back as a customer, over and over, and may be less particular about damage at the end of the lease.

    I understand MF, RV, and incentives can be used to calculate the lease payment. But would my local dealer have different incentives?

    Those are the incentives for your area. Dealers can markup the MF for extra profit, so watch out for that.
