2.0T or 3.3T? RWD or AWD? Lease term and miles per year?
Hello Michael,
Thank you for your reply.
I'm looking at the 2.0T RWD 36/12k and 36/10k
One more question - Stick or Automatic?
Automatic.
Does RWD or AWD drive matter? May I get both?
36/12 AWD: .00011 MF and 47% residual. $4750 lease cash RWD: .00006 MF and 46% residual. $5000 dealer cash
+$1000 dealer cash
So this dealer quoted me for 36/10k I believe. at MF: .0005 which I thought was too much. How can I properly ask them to match the MF ? Also on the quote the residual is set at .48 which i'm assuming is 48%
If not too much trouble, would you be able to look at the worksheet and let me know where I can possible negotiate for a lower pricing besides the MF which I'm going to ask to reduce?

AWD, right? Money factor is marked up the maximum Residual for 36/10 is correct at 48%
The base money factor would drop the payment by $25/mo.+tax
$403/mo. with the base MF. That would be a reasonable deal

Hi! Thank you for your help. I sincerely appreciate it.
Yes, AWD.
Is there a way for me to properly ask for the base MF? Or do I just send them a counter offer? Also, that quote was quoted for a sales tax is about 7.5% but my area is around 9.5%.
Is there anything I can do about that cap cost $918.16 (I'm assuming this is the price I will be paying at the time of signing) I prefer $0 but I wanted to ask if thats even realistic to request that? I also wanted to put $1000 down to lower my monthly payments (probably around 27.8$ cheaper if I were to do that) but some broker that i met advised me not to do so as the dealers would try to add their fees, taxes, etcc. under the 1000 down. If that is the case, can I counter offer it as "i would like 0 drive off and $1000 down?") but I do want to imply I don't like the 918.16 drive off to be waived if thats realistic.
Please let me know if I am asking for too much. I'm not quite sure how much help I am able to get on here. I'm trying to do my best and read articles on here and also on leashackr.com

Sure.. just counter and say what you want. But, you should pay the first payment and DMV fees upfront. If you roll them in, they become taxable.
With the proper tax rate, your payment will go up about $8/mo.

So according to the deal I saw online, it stated that the brand will cover the first payment. $0 Down, $0 First Payment. Genesis has extended a Sign & Drive deal on the G70. That means that in addition to requiring no down payment, the brand is covering your first month's payment and security deposit. But there's a catch.
To get to this price, you'll have to be eligible for a $1,000 bonus for coming from a competitor (or other Genesis model). Some may find the G70 a better deal next to cars like the Honda Accord 2.0T Sport ($383).
This is a national offer that ends September 30. Coming from a Hyundai-branded vehicle? You may be eligible for a $1,000 bonus that gets you the price featured here.
I will bring this up to them when I counter off and also offer to pay the DMV fees.
Also, on the deal it says "the brand is covering security deposit" does that include the DMV fees? or are they referring to MSD which I thought Genesis didn't offer

So If I were to inquire on the 36/12k RWD Automatic - Can I mention that there is a $6000 Dealer Cash (Total Rebate) on this vehicle? A dealer quoted me for $5000 and I wanted to request for the full $6,000 and was wondering if this is realistic to ask?

The dealer cash will be part of any price offer the dealer makes; now that you know about it, you can work to secure the best price.
@kyfdx thanks for the prompt reply. Sorry for not being clear. Advanced and Dynamic were meant to be two different trims. Thanks for the info again. I will post the lease quote once I get it from the dealership.
