Hi, can I please have the Mf, residual, and any lease incentives for 2019 Rav4 xle premium fwd for 12/36? Zip 90623.

Also, roughly what’s the overall $ difference in leasing for 3 years, then financing 3 years VS financing 6 years from the get go? Pros and cons? Thanks in advance.

$500 lease cash

If you lease first, you have no idea what rate you can get when you buy out the lease.
Plus, you'll incur fees for acquisition fee and GAP insurance.
Not only that, .00140 MF is not a great rate.

I'd rather purchase at 1.9% APR for 60 months
The payment will be higher, but you'll save a lot of money over your six year plan.

Thanks for your response. I have two more factors. The offer I got was 5.9% which was way too high. I know my credit will be much higher in 3 years. Does that change things in your opinion?

Not really. Remember, at the end of the lease, you'll be financing a used car. Nobody can predict what interest rates will be at that time.
