Questions. Is the $1700 dollar incentives for everyone and if you can tell what it includes. Also, the 500 bonus cash reduces the cap cost? Should I include it in the incentives? I have also graduated recently I believe that means I have a 500 hundred extra in incentive.

The $1700 is a VW-to-dealer incentive. Hopefully, you see that reflected in a lower selling price.
The $500 is a customer rebate that is applied as a CAP cost reduction.

No info on grad incentives, but if you get one, it will also be used as a CAP reduction
