    Also, with Covid going on, is now a bad time to lease in general? I've been reading that is is and dealers are far more incentivized to sell right now.

    MSRP $50,790
    Net Cap Cost $42,220

    First offer only first payment down $468 per month taxes in fees included. Based on the MF and Residual you provided i get closer to $515 a month?

    I have talked them down to $420 a month (just first payment down) but I don't know how they got there. Any insight on what I should ask?

    We picked up our Tahoe today and my wife loves it! Thank you for all your help. We ended up with this deal:

    2020 Tahoe LS Midnight edition
    MSRP: $50,790
    Adjusted Cap Cost: $40,549
    $6,000 in rebates
    Residual: $27,898
    36/12 for $419.87 a month after taxes and fees with just first payment down

    Plus they agreed to take our other lease back that had 7 payments to go!
