This is what I am getting. Seems to be the best I've been able to get. Thoughts? I asked for another 3-4% off before rebates. They are also doing 2 month lease waiver where 2nd month will be difference between the lease payment -1250. Pretty aggressive.

Sure looks that way. I agree with the math.

Like you noted, the only way you can improve on it is to get a lower selling price, or use MSDs to buy down the MF.

Hi, I was noticing yesterday on the BMW USA Offer site that BMWFS is offering 5K annual mileage leases on the M8 Verts. Looks like residual is 57% on a 36/5. Buy rate MF looks to be still .00118.

Hoping that the 6 month residual spreads on the 5K leases are 3 points, as it looks like BMWFS reduced them to 2 points on the other options a few months ago.

Can you advise of MF and residuals for the following? Zip 33483

But, if available, 36 month residual appears to be 56%

24/30 only add 4%/2% to that residual

MSD total is 10,500.

I added dings and wear and tear for peace of mind for $312 and $1275 respectively.
Dealers here in south Florida all add crazy dealer fees and refuse to waive them - $899.00.

I've had a half dozen leases and have yet to pay a damage fee at lease turn in. I'd pass on those items.

Yes, the dealer fees in FL are outrageous - always try to lower the selling price to offset.

Can you get the dealer to share the lease worksheet with you? Curious as to what residual value they are using.

The tax burden in TX doesn't help, and neither does the extra 5K/yr you want. But, would be good to know if they are marking up the MF, or not. That will save you a little bit of money.
