They've listed the residual at 53%. That looks incorrect, unless it's a GT, which seems unlikely with that MSRP.

If they fix the residual, the payment is going up by $15/mo.

Sales tax on the full selling price makes it expensive to lease in TX, and with no incentives on this model, it's not a great choice for leasing. (even with the very low money factor)

I agree with the math.

What ZIP code is this for?

The only way to improve it is to negotiate a lower selling price.

I am researching a 36 month / 12 K miles lease in 44060 zip code for a 2019 base Mazda 6 sedan with automatic transmission. Any mods able to provide the residual and MF? Is the $2000 rebate usable on a lease or only on purchase?

No "base" trim - Sport, Touring, GT, GT Reserve.
