Payment looks pretty close.

11% off MSRP. I think you could do better on a loaner. You might have another $1500-$3000 to work with.
The previous damage wouldn't bother me, but it might give you a negotiating point ("Hey, the ding on the carfax takes away my option of buying this car at end-of-lease.")

Get a breakdown of the $4315 upfront, to make sure they aren't sliding in any garbage options. Though, that number looks pretty close if it's tax, payment, doc fee, DMV and acq.fee.

@kyfdx thanks so what percentage would you advise going for, and also thanks for the negotiations bit about using the CARFAX because that never crossed my mind.
