Any tips to buy 2019 Accord EX

This is what I got a dealer from Northern California for a 2019 Accord EX.
Model Year: 2019
Engine: 1.5T
Trim: EX
Price before Taxes: $24988
Tax: 9%
Documentation fee: $475
OTD (including reg): $27720
For parking sensors the charge is extra $1400
Please let me know if this is a good deal. Would appreciate any tips.

$1400 for parking sensors? I'd take my chances without them.
