36 month lease for both the Civic and CR-V, 10,000 miles/year on the Civic and 12,000 on CR-V. If 10,000 is not an option then 12,000/year for both

On the CR-V, you should look at the EX. Terms are the same, but the residual is 60%. Might get a lot more value, for a very small increase in payment.
