    I was looking through the thread, can you provide the lease factor and residual for 2020/Sportback/Prestige for 36m/15k, and currently an existing AFS lease customer?

    Is it .00137? Are you aware of any lease cash or loyalty for Houston, Tx ... zip 77388?

    I got a quote from a dealership in which I'm acquiring it from Audi Atlanta, but live in Houston, Tx. The quote is: Using 53% Residual and Lease Factor .001370, for a 2020 S5 Sportback, Prestige:

    MVSP: 72,220.00
    Rebates/Discounts: 4,961.00
    Adjusted Price 67,259.00
    Extras:
    Gloss Black Wheels - $800.00
    Black Badges - $200.00
    Total Purchases - $68,259.00

    Doc Fee - $699.00
    Tax- $4,745.80
    Non Tax Fee- $47.00
    Net Price - $73,750.80
    Audi Care - $999.00

    Balance $74,749.80

    Lease Payment for 36 months = $1,230 for 15 miles. I have my own calculation and there is something incorrect with their number I believe. Even if you took the entire balance of $74,749.80, I calculate a total residual value of 39,617.39 which makes the depreciation per month $975.90 and calculate the lease rate at $156.68. The most I'm calculating is $1,132.58. Am I missing something in my calculation?

    Residual is calculated from the MSRP. It's doubtful that your extras are residualized.

    Using 54% residual (+1% for AudiCare), and assuming the Balance = Adjusted CAP cost,
    $1149/mo.

    It's likely they've marked up the money factor.
