    So I am about to say yes to following lease offer for genesis g70 3.3t sport MSRP $52,680, 36 months, 12K: $539/month incl tax with 0 down payment.

    I asked many dealerships and this is the best I got. I think this is good, but I thought I ask. What do you think? Thank you for any opinion.

    What is the $18,360 in the above line?

    That seems to be a great price. Do you know what the money factor used was? What is your tax rate? With PA 7% tax on a lease, I am seeing numbers close to $590.

    I'll guess the $18360 is the total cost of the lease over 36 months.

    Here is some bad news: PA adds 3% to the sales tax on a lease, so if your local rate is 7%, the lease payment tax is 10%.

    Final final I got with 2nd competing dealership for 2019 g70 AWD 3.3T sport msrp:

    $532 monthly incl tax with 0 down payment.
    Total lease cost 36 months 12K: $19,162
    MSRP $52,680
    selling price of $47,659.44
    All rebates adding up to $7,000
    I assume MF (00014) and residual (47) are exactly like December genesis numbers, I will double check them as I sign papers on Jan 4th

    Final thoughts? Is this good?

    I thought the lease cash and all was with a 1.2 end date?

    That is a good price, below the Hyundai Circle A price. Did the dealer shoot you that price to start with? I am looking at a Sport 3.3 with a $52,645 MSRP and I a looking at a Circle A selling price of 48,378. The rest of the deal is the same except I am doing 15K(45 % R) and PA tax is 9%.

    Since you are in OH, are you going to do winter tires right away?
