Looking for a cheap lease

Hi, Im relatively new to leasing.
Its the first car that I am leasing, but my father has leased for quite a while.
He always finds good deals, but he also goes in to the dealer.
Im looking for a cheap car, now im just driving about 20 miles a day, but within the 3 years that ill have the car things can change drastically.
I had a sentra before, it wasnt really powerful enough for me and when I test drove the elantra it was also pretty bad. So Im not sure those are the cars id like.
I was looking at a few videos they say you should send an email to a few dealers with a price you want for cars that sit and cars that are test driving cars.
How do I know exactly what sits by the dealer and what cars are test driving cars?
Are there certain times of the year (or month) thats better to buy than other times?
Here are the few deals I found so far:
189 with 1500 down - elantra lowest model
220 Sentra with 1500 down - lowest model
This is including tax as well and 1500 down is including dealer fees and first month.
I know I mentioned I didnt want either of those cars above, but Im just gauging if its a good deal or not.

Also, if your driving needs might change drastically, then a lease probably isn't a good idea.

I don't have a lot of money, it won't change drastically.
But it could charge from driving 10 min each day to driving a hour each day.
I'm looking for the best deal I could on a lease while still having a decent car.
Ideally I'd like to spend as close to $100 a month as I could with $0 down.
I know it's close to impossible to find that

The car that is leasing the best, at the moment, is the Hyundai Ioniq EV. There is between $12-14K of lease cash and there have been reports of leases under $150/mo. I don't know how much down those deals required, however.
