I’m in 11787 and a returning lease customer I have the MF and residual info , so that monthly price is about $40 higher per month than what I calculated Any thoughts on next steps ? How was my math ?? ( $442- only first month down and title , reg fees) I’m ny so tax is paid upfront and thrown in lease

What is the MSRP?
My guess is that the on-line price is for purchase, and not valid for a lease.
FYI, we recommend you pay the tax up front and not make it part of the lease payment - through some quirk in NY law, if you do that, you end up paying tax on the tax.

I just got a 2020 pathfinder SL AWD with 15k Miles per year at a Nissan dealership in Long Island NY for zero down only 1st month and DMV due at signing for $425 a month which includes taxes rolled in. Even got them to throw in the trailor hitch for free. Once I showed them the deals I could get through a Broker they caved in and beat the price by a few dollars. It seems leasing brokers are the way of the future soon
