I'd ask for an itemization of the $9K drive off - some of it may go to cap reduction, but it would be good to know what it all covers.

As it is, those prices give me $2114/mo, plus tax; 9% tax takes the payment to just over $2300/mo.

Lots of guessing in my calculations; the more information you can get from the dealer, the better our advice will be.
