Is Honda PrePaid Maintenace Package worth it!!!!

I just leased a 2019 Honda CR-V EX. Before signing the lease (12miles/36 months), I was suggested to bundle the Prepaid maintenance package for $828 to maintain the car based on Honda Schedule. To be honest, I did not do my homework about the maintenance cost before I went to the dealer. I was exhausted and tired so I accepted the deal just to get out of the dealership (Spent 3 hrs).
I have 60 days to cancel the prepaid maintenance package, thus I am wondering it is worthed to have it based on your personal experience? I drive mostly in the city about Avg 10 miles a year.
Does anyone know the cost of the Minder A and B with Sub Items?
Are there different types of maintenance packages and what they cover?
Any information about Honda Prepaid maintenance will be helpful to make my decision to keep or cancel it.

I was offered a similar package when I leased my Jetta - I think something around $400.

I spent about half that on dealer maintenance over the 3 years.

My thoughts? It's overpriced, and you'll likely spend less if you stick to the maintenance schedule in the owners manual and not based on what the dealer "suggests".

If you rolled the cost into your lease, you may have problems receiving reimbursement, even if you manage to cancel it.

My initial deal was $290 but after I added the maintenance package become $309.

I totally think it's worth it. I bought it for my daughter's 2018 crv awd. It's so nice to bring the car in and not to have to worry about looking for coupons or declining recommended services. It covers oil changes, tire rotations, cabin filters, air filters, differential fluid changes, brake and transmission fluid change. I bought the 4 year/48,000 plan because we purchased the car. Without coupons an oil change is $50 and a tire rotation is $20-25 plus tax. The filters and fluid changes are all over $100 each.
