That looks like the tax amount just on the rebate.

Ask them for the adjusted CAP cost on the lease.
I think you'll find it is different from the "Net Price".

One other thing, if I lower the mileage to 7500, looks like it'll up the residual by 2%. Do you know what the payment will be @7500/yr with this exact deal? I appreciate all your help

2% higher residual = $1600

Divided by 36 mo = $44/mo, more or less
