MF 0.00152 <-- I thought this seemed a bit high.
Lease is 36/10K

.00142 and 61%, less .25/mile for the loaner miles.
$750 lease credit

You should target 15-18% off MSRP, before the incentive, so it wouldn't be out of line to ask for a selling price of $43,500 or so.

And, tell the dealer you want the base MF or you'll walk.
