    FWD or AWD?
What is the adjusted cap cost, with everything rolled in?

AWD. I am going into the dealership today for fist time. I will get to see those numbers better. I do have a question - rv and mf for said car is 62% and .00168 respectively. When I use those numbers along with the above MSRP and selling price the calculators says a payment of 419 with no money down would be expected, would this equate to a good deal?
Also how does the adjusted cap cost affect the monthly payment?
I am learning all of this as I am new to leasing so thank you in advance

If you're comfortable with the selling price, then yes.

But, you still have to factor in the taxes and fees, which, if you don't pay them up front, will result in a higher payment.

I have it in writing that all taxes and fees are included in 399 payment. According to kkb and truecar selling price of around 31k is good deal. Below is great.

I think this is a good deal. I was quoted $425 a month with $2500 due at signing (this was for taxes and fees), for the same car and MSRP value and I got this deal through a broker. I ended up not going with this deal though. I’m now looking to finance a Hyundai Tucson 2020 AWD Ultimate trim so if you have any connections in the tri-state area (NY, NJ of CT) please let me know.
