The adjusted CAP cost is after you've added in all of the items you aren't paying for, upfront
(in your cases, all items listed, plus tax and the first payment)

I get $556/mo with that adjusted CAP.

Sales tax is added into the adjusted CAP cost in NY. It isn't applied monthly (though it's calculated on the monthly payment.

Looks like the MF is marked up to .00133, or the adjusted cap is higher than the selling price.

I'd ask the dealer to clarify which.

There is a link to the Edmunds lease calculator in my signature block.

If they are using .00093 as the MF, then the adjusted cap cost is higher than the selling price - which makes sense, as there is a $925 bank fee, $85 doc fee and perhaps some other fees to account for.
