Thoughts?

I show the base MF to be .00065, so your dealer has marked it up a bit for some extra profit.

I'd skip the cap cost reduction, and add the Acquisition (marked up from $795, BTW) and doc fees into the monthly payment. That saves you just over $2000 on the up front costs, but you'll have a higher payment in return.
