On a 750i x drive with a 110,095 msrp (36/12 lease) they offered 95,095 with a MF of .00126 and a residual of 58,350. This is my first lease. Looks like I need to go back and call their bluff on the MF. Anything else? Thank you.

That is a big discount. I'll guess they won't offer it, if you insist on the base rate. Not too many 14% discounts out there.

I am looking to lease a BMW for the first time. I understand there is a lot more involved with a question like this but in general, what is a realistic discount off MSRP for a new 7-series? Is it going to be possible to negotiate a 15-20% discount? Or is that mostly unheard of? Should I be looking for cars that have spent a lot of time on a lot or does that not matter as much?

I have also been told that when negotiating you should talk about the cap cost as opposed to the monthly payment.

Do you have any other tips for someone who is going into BMW to lease a car? Any tips at all would help me out a lot.
