Along those lines of expecting better quality. Have you ever ridden in a Lexus? I think the seats suck. I was expecting much better. The seats in my '00 Mustang feel much better. The ones in the Lexus feel like a piece of plywood with foam on it setting on top of some springs. If one corner goes down, the whole seat rocks that direction. Really crappy, I think. I have yet to ride in a Tundra but I doubt the seats are much better. The ones in my '88 Landcruiser are okay, at best. I've yet to find a Toyota seat worth a crap. Anyone else have any input on seats?

As for the tires, I know I shoud report it. And I probably will. I'd just like to know that I have somewhere to say it and it will be heard before I go off.

You might want to call in on Howard Stern's show. Don't think Jerry Springer will be interested in this one....no sex involved ;)

sorry...gotta get something that gets better mileage. Getting a 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan - mileage much better. Figure I'll save over $60 a month just in gas. I love this truck, but can't justify keeping it when the cost (as with all these trucks) of ownership is so high. Guess I should have thought about it a little more before buying, but with the rebates they have on this van it makes it worthwild.

However, I do have a Hypertech Power Programmer for a Y2K Silverado 5.3L that I'm trying to sell for $150 and a Granadilli (sp?) Mass Air Flow Sensor for $100. Both provided good results and were over $300. Both are in excellent working order - good way to save over new. Any takers e-mail me at swobig@yahoo.com. I have been here for awhile so hopefully my reputation speaks for itself (read: I won't screw you). Thanks...

you in spirt! Like I said I really like the truck, but mileage wise it's killing me. Should save about $50 a month just in gas. Seems small, but it will help out greatly. Traded even for the Grand Caravan. Truck was definatly worth more, but had over 10K on it. Overall I'm happy with the deal which is all that matters I guess. Maybe someday I'll get that big promotion and be able to afford to put gas in one again! Good luck with yours...
