Money factor/residual for a 2020 Kona Limited in Denver?

Hi, I have had my eye on a Lime Kona for a while, and did a test drive recently. Now I'm soliciting offers from 3 dealerships. One written offer said 60% residual, but they haven't answered my question about the money offer yet. I am looking for a 10K mile/yr for 36 mo. I'm willing to put $3000 down. Can you give me an idea of what I can reasonably expect for a good deal?

Ha! I had some friends who got not one, but two Hyunda Santa Fes, both FWD, in Colorado.
