    This is my first lease car I found a auto broker on this forum he’s bringing the car now so for I know the monthly payment is 460 is there and thing specific to look for before signing

    Given those numbers, you are paying over MSRP, before factoring in the incentive.

    I don't think your broker is doing right by you, with that deal.
