Hello - I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, so my apologies if it's not. However, i wanted to share the absolute shocking experience as I explored leasing a new Escalade.
Some background - currently lease a 2018 Escalade with sticker of $85k. Currently pay $950/month with $950 down. Yes, I got an Escalade when GM was being aggressive with their pricing.
Long story short - spoke to my dealer - great little dealership in central NJ - very positive experience leasing the 2018. My salesman said I will send you over the numbers but I can tell you right now you won't be interested. This obviously piqued my curiosity and I what I got from him literally shocked me...
2021 Premium Luxury - sticker of $93.6k - ready for this? $1643/month with $2700 due at signing for a 39/10k lease. 2021 Sport - $105k sticker - $1843/month with $3k due at signing.
The salesman and his manager let me know that he's seeing even HIGHER numbers for people who are not current Escalade lessees like I am. Who in their right mind is leasing an Escalade for these numbers?!?!?!
The manager said their using MFs around .0017 and above (regardless of credit) and residuals as low as 45%. Furthermore, new lessees are getting charged 5-10k over sticker depending on how desirable the build is.
When I told them the MF and residual quoted above, he said yeah - no one is using those.
This left such a bitter taste in my mouth, I don't think I will consider an Escalade even when things do return to normal.

Pretty typical for all makes and models, at the moment.
You should look into extending your existing lease - maybe the market will level out by then.
